Privacy policy

High Card Club ("we") is a Discord Activity operated by an individual developer based in Türkiye. This page says what we collect, why, and for how long. We collect as little as the game needs.

What we collect

• Discord identity: your Discord user id, display name and avatar URL, received from Discord when you open the Activity and allow it to see who you are. Used to seat you at a table and show your name to the other players. Kept while a table exists (up to a few hours after the last move) and, for purchases, as the owner of what you bought.
• Table activity: your moves, bids and results at a table, processed in memory to run the game. Match results may be kept as statistics tied to your Discord user id.
• Purchases: if you buy a room or a Club membership, our payment provider Lemon Squeezy sends us the order or subscription id, the product and your Discord user id (which you pass at checkout). Your e-mail, billing address and card details stay with Lemon Squeezy; we never see card numbers.
• Server id: the Discord server a table is opened in, to apply server-level memberships.
• Technical logs: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps request logs including IP addresses for security, for a short period.

What we do not do

• No advertising, no ad trackers, no analytics cookies.
• No selling or sharing of your data with third parties beyond the processors below.
• No messages or voice: the game never reads your Discord messages or audio.

Processors

Cloudflare (hosting, Frankfurt/EU and global edge), Discord (identity and the platform the game runs in), Lemon Squeezy (payments, merchant of record).

Legal basis and your rights

We process your data to provide the game you asked for (contract) and to keep the service secure (legitimate interest). Under the GDPR and the Turkish KVKK you may ask what we hold about you, ask for correction or deletion, or object. Write to [email protected]; we answer within 30 days. Deleting your data ends any active membership.

Children

The game follows Discord's minimum age (13, or higher where local law says so). We do not knowingly collect data from younger children.

Changes

We will post changes here with a new date. Material changes are announced inside the game.
